Nice tone and atmosphere.

Don't forget that the nights are cold in North African/ Nubian territory.
Too many stars also take away the point of focus. You can try and play with their opacity over the horizon. Even put the legit sky map of the aera.

Thanks for your thoughts and critique! I suppose that giving her some sort of nightdress would warm her against the chill of the Saharan night, but on the other hand, beautiful women showing some skin is always nice!
