Was he wearing glasses before the pivotal spider bite?

HeyitsJourneyman responds:

Not really a spider bite more of an accidental blood sacrifice but yeah 😅

You are getting better and better with your inking style.

PedMet responds:

Thank you, I hope that I will not disappoint you with the future.
I wish all the best.

I don't understand why Smash has so little love for F-Zero.
It's about time Samurai Goroh would be a playable character.

r-r-r responds:

For real, I wanted Goroh to be playable in Melee so badly but understood Smash was still refining itself so maybe he got the cut. Then he gets to be the first Assist Trophy announced in Brawl, which was heart breaking but at the same time it was nice to see him get acknowledged in battle.

Then it just sorta flatlines after that.
I think Goroh could be a fun character to play as if the right mindset is put into his moves, an unorthodox sword-fist fighting combination. I hope one day he will be the 'surprise' or unexpected character to get announced. F-Zero could use that sort of love.

Knowing the Parker history, this is probably Flash pranking him.

HeyitsJourneyman responds:

I was actually aiming for it to be Midtown's dropout Felicia Hardy, but that could've been an interesting idea :D

This art style as a similar vibe to Randy Cunningham 9th grade ninja.
I dig it a lot. Are there some concepts for Harry Osborn, Kenny Arlan, May Parker and Dr Octavius?

HeyitsJourneyman responds:

thank you :D I have some sketches of Harry Osborn that I intend to put through illustrator I haven't yet gotten to Octavius or May Parker yet. There'll be more to come in the future.

Nice and warm composition.

Bunbox responds:

BaraoLorde responds:

Thanks a lot

If I may ask, how do you approach the backgrounds in your works?

carrudra responds:

I usually go very simple since I'm still fairly inexperienced with detailed backgrounds. Keeping it simple for character art helps the subject really stand out though, I think, especially if you go for complimentary colors (or making more use of their least used accent colors). I feel like this one's is a bit all over the place, though I did make an effort to keep it within Maxx's theme of the "Outback".

My aim is to fill the world with Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice.
