Remember that drawing is both about the inner exploration of the character and the aesthetic.
This lady seems to have a military background. Are military shy in their posing? do they express themselves more confidently? do the legs and arms reflect that? is the body flowing with the face? Don't be afraid to do the pose yourself. If it feels unbalanced or awkward, then it just is.
Try to draw her like if she was Master Chief.

Edit: Great. Your challenge is to emulate the personality of an arena fighter. How do they pose and how do they stand, make a reference search around it and fuel them into your character.
