Don't forget that the nights are cold in North African/ Nubian territory.
Too many stars also take away the point of focus. You can try and play with their opacity over the horizon. Even put the legit sky map of the aera.

Alice still uses Ape lll as a fighter. She's more of an engineer than a boxer, but she can still throw a mean punch herself. Her hobbies consist of just chillin with Lil Mac on days off and fixing her machine

Good question!
He hasn't directly encountered them, or come into conflict with their interests. But Igne wouldn't hesitate to take them down if they got in his way. It'd be a messy tug of war between the two.
